GMR gets new CFO, Amarthaluru to quit - NDTV

"...Subba Rao Amarthaluru, group chief financial officer has decided to pursue his career interests elsewhere," the Bangalore-based infrastructure firm said in a BSE filing. Meanwhile, GMR has appointed Madhu Terdal as the group CFO, with effect from today.
